POLICIES
General Information
- We have room for about 40 attendees. There are about 30 places available with lodging and 10 places available for commuters.
- All lodging will be three to a room, but each person will have her own bed.
- Due to the smaller size of our retreat, we are not able to accommodate husbands or men as overnight guests.
- Nursing babies are welcome to attend, but we are not able to accommodate older children.
Registration Costs
All registrations include four meals: Friday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Saturday breakfast. Beverage service from Thursday night to Saturday afternoon is also included. There are two optional meals: Thursday dinner and Saturday Lunch.
- Early Bird with Lodging (until Dec 31, 2015): $220
- Early Bird Commuter (until Dec 31, 2015): $180
- Registration with Lodging ( after Dec 31, 2015): $240
- Registration Commuter (after Dec 31, 2015): $200
- Optional Thursday Dinner: $16.50
- Option Saturday Lunch: $11.50
Registration Payment
You will have two options to pay for the retreat.
- Paypal: You may pay for the retreat using Paypal. If you choose this option, a shipping and handling fee of 2.9% will be added to the price of the registration to cover Paypal fees.
- Check: You may mail in a check. You will be contacted with mailing instructions after you submit your registration.
Refunds
Retreat payments are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel, you may transfer the fee to another person. All cancellations must be received by email or in writing. You may use the contact form to cancel or notify us of any changes.
Snow Policy
There are no refunds due to bad weather unless state or interstate highways between the point of origin for a guest and The Hideaway have been officially closed by the state patrol.
