2018 RIDE SHARING
Do you need help with a ride? Are you able to help someone with a ride? While the CMER does not provide transportation, we are happy to help those who are coming to coordinate with one another on rides. While sharing a need here may not provide a solution for your unique circumstances, it is a good place to start. We will add requests and offers of help as we receive them.
Please share with us any pertinent information below. When and where are you arriving? When and where are you departing? Are you renting a vehicle and would be happy to split the cost with others? Are you local and would be happy to help with rides to and from an airport? If you are requesting a ride from someone, are you able to share with the cost of gas?
If you are flying and are unable to coordinate a ride and are choosing not to rent a car, good options to consider are the Colorado Springs Shuttle or the Front Range Shuttle. The Monument Park-n-Ride is quite close to the retreat center and may be an easier location from which to coordinate rides.
Requests and Offers
- Would someone be available to take Nancy Kelly, our plenary speaker, to DIA on Sunday afternoon? While you would need to leave the retreat a little early (2:30 PM--we officially end at 3 PM), you would also be blessed with the opportunity of time with Nancy.
- Requesting a ride to and from CMER 2018. I am arriving at the Colorado Springs Airport at 10:15 am on Friday and my flight departs from Colorado Springs at 8:10pm on Sunday. I am happy to pay for gas, share an Uber/Lyft, or pay part of a rental car fee to someone. I'm am willing to wait at the airport on Friday and be dropped off early on Sunday. Thank you so much!
- Sharing a rental care from Denver. I am arriving at the Denver Airport at 11:40 am on Friday and have a returning flight Sunday at 8:00 pm and I have a rental car if anyone would like to rideshare with me?
